Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining pricing and features, facilitating test drives, and guiding financing and lease processes to ensure a smooth delivery and outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand their needs.
• Develop knowledge of products, services, pricing and features.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Build relationships with customers to grow network.
• Ensure vehicle delivery is special for the customer.
• Explain financing, leasing options and warranty programs.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain obligations.
• Assist customers with lease returns and transitions.
