Qualifications

• Must have automotive sales experience and a proven track record.
• Experience with phone-based sales and outbound follow-up.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software and dealership tech is preferred.
• Nevada driver's license with clean record and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build rapport, assess needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Demonstrate features and accompany test drives as needed.
• Explain warranties, financing options, and purchasing steps.
• Respond to leads via online, phone, and in-store channels.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Record interactions and daily activities in the CRM.
• Stay current on inventory, features, and dealership offerings.
