Grogan’s Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You will develop customer relationships, demonstrate new vehicles, and drive a best-in-class buying experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we provide training for individuals with a strong work ethic, competitive attitude, and excellent communication skills to build a successful career in auto sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and build rapport at the start of the sales process.
• Assess customer needs, budget, and ownership goals to match vehicle options.
• Demonstrate vehicles and accompany test drives.
• Present purchase and lease options professionally; coordinate with Finance & Insurance.
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM; follow up on leads and prospects.
• Develop new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and referrals.
• Attend sales meetings and complete required training and certifications.
