Job summary

CDJR Brooksville in Brooksville, FL is seeking Sales Consultants to sell new and pre-owned vehicles and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will learn product features, negotiate to close deals, build lasting relationships, and participate in an aggressive pay plan with commission. Minimum $500 commission per deal and opportunities to earn $150k+ annually.

Position Overview

Sales Consultants are responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This includes learning and demonstrating vehicle features, building long-term customer relationships, and maximizing sales performance and dealership profitability.

Essential Responsibilities

• Follow all dealership policies and procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance and work required schedules, including extended hours for special events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Marginal Functions

• Collaborate with the Service Concierge and act as a liaison between customers and the Service Department.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Deliver vehicles to customers, including occasional travel.
• Assist customers in transferring items between vehicles (bending, lifting, reaching required).
• Stand, walk, and move throughout the lot for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft applications required).
• Strong customer service, marketing, networking, negotiation, and general sales abilities.
• Basic math and finance knowledge.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all departments and team members.
• Ability to learn and retain product and brand knowledge.
