Job summary

Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Sales Consultant to build and maintain relationships with customers while acting as a product specialist on vehicle purchases. You will advise on the right options and collaborate with the dealership team to promote and sell vehicles.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining pricing and features, facilitating test drives, and guiding financing and lease processes to ensure a smooth delivery and outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Gainesville Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram is currently seeking a Sales Consultant!

Our Sales Consultants are responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers while being a product specialist advising customers on the right vehicle purchase. As a team player, the Sales Consultants strive to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership and provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our full range of vehicles.

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist customers to understand their needs.
• Develops and maintains full knowledge of all product’s available services, pricing, and key features.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to help grow their network.
• Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the customer.
• Explain financing, leasing options, and warranty programs to customers.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure customers understand their obligations.
• Assist customers with their lease return process and transition to new vehicles.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
