Job summary

A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license are required; I-CAR training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable with repair documentation.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP's minimum 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate with team during production walks and daily operations.
• Support team members and participate in required trainings and meetings.
• Maintain positive, proactive customer engagement.
