Job summary

The Boyd Group in Manchester, TN is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The Estimator documents damages, details required repairs, and communicates with customers and insurers to ensure alignment with KPIs and repair timelines. A High School Diploma is required; I-CAR training is encouraged; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to find answers and resources.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP’s is expected.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related role.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team promptly.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management as needed.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend monthly health, safety, and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
