Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve delinquency on vehicle loans where timely payments are not being received.
• Assist Members by identifying the true cause of non-payment to provide personalized options.
• May focus on Charge-Off or Repossession functions.
• Work charged-off loans via inbound/outbound calls, written and electronic correspondence, and other approved methods.
• Manage specialized queues for defaulted repayment plans and refer accounts for litigation review as needed.
• For repossession, review accounts to generate Final Demand Letters and Notices of Intent to Sell, and handle Lien Objections and disposition paperwork.
• Assist with monthly audits and reporting, including 1099-C tax form filings and vendor invoices.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure regulatory compliance.
