Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Previous financial institution or credit union experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects on loans at all delinquency stages and negotiates payment arrangements.
• Communicates with Members to identify causes of non-payment and offers personalized options.
• Documents conversations and collections activity in systems.
• May fund workout loans or prepare related reports.
• Strictly adhere to federal/state regulations and credit union policies.
