Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of prior related experience required.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy laws, FDCPA, TCPA and SCRA.

Responsibilities

• Collects on loans at all delinquency stages and communicates with Members to identify causes of non-payment.
• Documents conversations and collections activity in systems; may fund workout loans or run reports.
• Maintains adherence to federal/state regulations and Credit Union policies.
• Performs file maintenance and makes adjustments to loans and lines of credit as needed.
• Recommends workout options and refers complex cases to appropriate resources for resolution.
• Supports departmental projects and reports; may perform research and analysis on accounts.
