Job summary

You will collaborate with auction teams and multiple stakeholders to ensure timely movement of inventory and high-quality reconditioning services. You will review vehicle condition reports, coordinate reconditioning estimates, and uphold Cox standards while delivering exceptional customer service and accurate documentation under client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years' related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks within required timeframes.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for resolving client issues and coordinating with auction teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value and quality.
• Audit condition reports and imaging to reduce losses.
• Adhere to Cox standards, safety, and PII policies.
