Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. seeks an experienced client services liaison to support auction accounts. You will resolve issues, coordinate vehicle runs, and work with multiple teams to ensure timely reconditioning and accurate condition reporting.

You will educate clients on auction processes, perform reconditioning cost estimates, and identify opportunities to upsell Cox Automotive products and services based on client needs. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• Or 5 years' experience in a related field.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for resolving client issues for accounts, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries about vehicle condition and discrepancies to maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments to ensure proper movement and timely reconditioning services.
• Prepare estimates for reconditioning services to enhance vehicle value; approve services and conduct condition report audits to reduce losses.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox Automotive products based on client needs.
