Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks an Account Operations Specialist II to support client accounts with day-to-day vehicle condition assessments and reconditioning coordination.

Role involves direct client liaison, issue resolution, and collaboration with auction teams to ensure inventory movement and service quality. Workdays are Monday–Friday in a Cox location, with daytime shifts and strict adherence to safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience.
• Any degree or certification above High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience.
• 5 years of related work experience.
• Requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to more complex, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinates sale vehicle run processes and communicates with auction departments to organize client inventory and reconditioning services.
• Builds relationships with clients, examines vehicles for standards and quality, and coordinates reconditioning estimates and approvals.
• Demonstrates knowledge of vehicle inspection processes to identify etc. previous paint or frame damage.
