Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Account Operations Specialist II to act as the primary contact for resolving client issues across account portfolios. You will deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries about vehicle condition, coordinate vehicle run processes, and maintain cross-department communication to ensure timely reconditioning and inventory movement.

The role emphasizes client education on auction processes, upselling Cox products and services, and upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues for accounts ranging from simple to complex.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and concerns about vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments.
• Educate and liaison for clients on auction processes and recommend Cox products/services as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards and client SLAs.
