Job summary

Cox is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Riverside, CA to act as the primary contact for client issues across auction accounts, coordinate vehicle run processes, and uphold Cox standards. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required with 3 years in related field or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to resolve client issues for accounts with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing vehicle concerns and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate across departments for inventory and reconditioning.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value and approve services.
• Review condition reports and imaging to minimize losses and goodwill expenses.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle inspection data to identify past repairs.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox/CAI products as needed.
• Coordinate redemptions and ensure proper documentation while following PII policies.
• Maintain adherence to Cox standards and client SLA for reconditioning quality.
