Job summary

Qualifications

• Computer savvy and able to navigate multiple databases and websites.

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Diesel truck knowledge preferred.
• Commercial Driver License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers and collect vehicle health reports.
• Coordinate service technicians to perform service orders and schedule repairs.
• Write, edit, and update service repair orders and provide cost estimates.
• Invoice customers and coordinate warranty repairs.
• Communicate repair status and any changes to customers.
• Open/close the facility as needed and ensure a safe environment.
• Navigate multiple databases and dealer portal for estimates and history.
