Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers in the maintenance area, listen to concerns, and conduct inspections. You will proactively check recalls, retrieve vehicle information, and maintain rapport by explaining estimates and updates.

Responsibilities include submitting warranty documentation, verifying coverage, preparing RO, obtaining approvals, and monitoring repairs to completion while collecting payments and closing jobs.
