Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working mechanical knowledge of manufacturer diesel trucks preferred.
• Commercial Driver License a plus.
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers and document concerns in the service system.
• Run vehicle health reports and inspect truck health.
• Coordinate repairs with service supervisor and schedule technicians.
• Write service repair orders and provide maintenance recommendations.
• Invoice customers and collect payments.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and progress.
• Navigate multiple databases and systems.
