Premier Truck Group in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Service Advisor/Customer Service Representative to join our service team. You will handle incoming calls, provide quotes, open repair orders, and coordinate with technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service Relations and vehicle environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service department calls, determine appropriate actions for repairs, scheduling, costs, and completion dates.
• Assist in preparing quotes on repair jobs and write service orders with customer approval.
• Open and close Repair Orders during busy periods and assist with technician assignments.
• Monitor job progress and keep customers updated on status and ETA.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or parts when appropriate.
• Finalize paperwork at job completion and ensure accurate cash handling.
