Job summary

Carvana in Minneapolis is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to deliver happiness throughout the car‑buying journey and support the local community. Shifts run 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, with rotating weekend days.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles and support customers during delivery process.
• Load/unload vehicles and perform safety checks on hauler.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain accurate notes in tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
