Job summary

Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history, is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to deliver happiness to customers and support the car-buying journey.

You will deliver vehicles, load/unload on haulers, complete customer paperwork, and maintain a safe driving record, with a starting rate of $22/hr and growth up to $24/hr. Shift hours vary (7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm) and availability includes 7 days a week, with

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (loading/unloading).
• Notary in local jurisdiction within first 90 days (sponsored by Carvana).

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana policy.
