Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to obtain Notary in local jurisdiction within 90 days.
• California Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days (where required).
• Willingness to work a 7-day schedule and multi-shift availability.
• Capable of detailed note taking in the customer tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers and trained processes.
• Load/unload vehicles on the hauler and inspect for safety before transport.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
