Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our expanding team and help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying journey. Shifts 7am-5pm or 11am-9pm, seven days a week with rotating days off.

You’ll deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided and support the process with a focus on safety and service. Starting pay is $19/hour, with potential to $21/hour through merit increases and Career Not Jobs programs, plus benefits like

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training.
• Load/unload vehicles on haulers and inspect safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record per Carvana policy.
