Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to enhance the car-buying journey. The role focuses on delivering happiness to customers, with structured growth in pay through performance-based incentives and opportunities across locations in the U.S.

Shift hours vary between 7am–5pm or 11am–9pm, with a 7 day work week and rotating days off. Starting pay is $19 per hour, rising to $21 per hour with merit-based increases and a 90‑day progress plan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to pass drug test and obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Notary requirement within 90 days may apply depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' homes using Carvana haulers; training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles on hauler; perform safety inspections.
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system with notes.
• Maintain safe driving record in line with Carvana policies.
