Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help reinvent the car-buying journey. You’ll be part of a fast-growing used-vehicle retailer and will join a team driving “Hauler-Life” at Carvana.

Shift options run 7 days a week with 7am–5pm or 9am–7pm schedules. Starting pay is $17/hr, with progression to $19/hr and a structured merit program that adds $0.50 every 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50 lbs).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler when required and inspect equipment for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with CMV Driver Qualification policy.
