Job summary

The Boyd Group Salem location is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate repair needs while maintaining exceptional customer experience. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, ensure compliance with DRP requirements, and participate in daily production walkthroughs with the management team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greeting customers in person and over the phone with positive energy.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and assist others as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required.
