Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn required software.
• Compliance with DRP requirements; 1+ year experience preferred.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Coordinate repair planning and parts needs.
• Ensure DRP and internal process compliance.
• Contribute to production walks and team collaboration.
• Maintain positive customer experience and greet customers professionally.
