Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a dedicated Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage, detailing repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance companies through the repair process. You will align with the team to meet KPIs and drive outcomes.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP processes, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and attend trainings as needed.
