Turner Construction Company, a leader in commercial construction, seeks an experienced VDC professional to lead design model reviews and BIM coordination on active projects. You will collaborate with preconstruction and Reality Capture teams, drive BIM execution plans, and support field coordination with on-site teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field with minimum 4 years of related experience
• Able to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and specifications related to VDC
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
• Travel as required

Responsabilités

• Lead review of design models for construction projects in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate BIM workflows and VDC processes across design, preconstruction, and reality capture teams
• Manage BIM coordination meetings, track actions, and support project communications
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans and model-based deliverables
• Contribute to quality control through BIM coordination and submittal tracking
• Support on-site collaboration to resolve constructability issues
• Assist in exploring innovative VDC tools and lessons learned
