Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in VDC or related field with 4+ years experience.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and ACC.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC processes and review design models on site with stakeholders.
• Coordinate BIM coordination meetings, track actions, and support RFIs.
• Prepare and review BIM coordination process, submittals, and change management workflows.
• Develop presence on construction site to resolve constructability issues with stakeholders.
• Implement BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Assist in model-based take‑offs, scheduling, and production tracking as needed.
• Explore and deploy innovative VDC tools in controlled environments and capture lessons learned.
• Collaborate with VDC team to execute coordination schedules and deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.
