Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a VDC professional to lead BIM coordination and review design models on project sites in collaboration with stakeholders. The role uses Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD and related VDC tools to deliver coordinated project deliverables and simulate construction workflows.

You will work with Preconstruction and Reality Capture teams, develop BIM execution plans, manage RFIs, submittals, and quality control, and help resolve constructability issues on site through strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in VDC, architecture, engineering or construction management, with 4+ years' related experience.
• CM-BIM designation: continuing education credits preferred.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC meetings, coordinate BIM processes and RFIs.
• Coordinate model-based takeoffs and production tracking.
• Develop BIM execution plans and ensure model coordination across disciplines.
• Support constructability reviews on site with clear communication.
