Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a VDC Coordinator to lead virtual design and construction processes on project sites, collaborating with stakeholders to review models and coordinate BIM deliverables. You will support preconstruction and reality capture teams with simulation models, 4D sequencing, and production tracking.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, coordination meetings, and continuous improvement of VDC workflows using Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in VDC/related field with 4+ years of experience
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and schedules
• Knowledge of BIM standards, codes, and specifications
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Experience with BIM coordination meetings and RFIs

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC processes and review design models on construction sites
• Coordinate BIM workflow with stakeholders and manage submittals/RFIs
• Perform BIM coordination meetings and track action items
• Prepare and review BIM coordination processes and 4D modeling
• Develop constructability solutions and communicate with teams
