Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field with minimum 4 years’ experience
Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs and project schedule
Proficient with BIM tools and coordination processes
Willingness to travel and work onsite across construction sites
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Lead VDC processes and review design models for construction projects on site
Coordinate BIM workflows with stakeholders and maintain document control
Conduct BIM coordination meetings and track action items
Prepare and review BIM coordination, RFIs, and submittals
Develop on-site presence to resolve constructability issues and communicate solutions
Collaborate with VDC team to execute BIM plans and schedules
Explore and deploy innovative VDC tools and continuous improvement
Perform other duties as assigned by the VDC/Preconstruction teams
