You will partner with Preconstruction and Reality Capture teams, manage RFIs, submittals, and constructability problem-solving to keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a 4+ year track record in VDC/BIM, with skills in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in VDC or related field with 4+ years of experience or equivalent
• CM-BIM designation preferred
• Able to read/interpret contract docs, drawings, specs, schedule
• Knowledge of VDC standards, codes and BIM workflows
• Strong communication for collaboration with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic scripting/coding (Dynamo, Python) helpful
• Proficient with BIM tools and related software

Responsibilities

• Lead review of design models and coordinate VDC deliverables on project sites
• Coordinate BIM coordination meetings and track action items
• Perform VDC engineering tasks, including BIM coordination processes and RFI handling
• Develop constructability solutions and communicate with stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement and deployment of innovative VDC tools
• Collaborate with VDC team on BIM execution plans
• Engage across teams to deliver model-based takeoffs and scheduling support
• Maintain documentation control and file management for VDC tasks
