The role involves collaborating with trades, designers, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate BIM execution, model-based takeoffs, and production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC coordination meetings with stakeholders and coordinate BIM coordination tasks.
• Review design models and perform VDC workflows and simulations on project sites.
• Prepare and review BIM coordination processes, submittals, and RFIs.
• Develop constructability solutions and communicate issues to the project team.
• Compile variance reports for estimating and change management activities.
• Collaborate with VDC team to implement BIM execution plans and 4D modeling.
