Turner Digital Build is seeking a BIM/VDC lead to oversee daily management of BIM processes in alignment with project schedules. You will guide the VDC team, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to Turner's standard processes across multiple project scopes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams, development of BIM implementation plans, and strong communication of schedule impacts and changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM field operations and engineering processes with VDC leadership
• Understand VDC objectives to ensure compliance with Turner Digital Build standards
• Collaborate with VDC and project teams to plan BIM tools and processes for specific jobs
• Develop BIM implementation plans aligned with contracts and agreements
• Provide QC of quantity variance reports for estimating and changes
• Mentor and lead VDC team through planning and launch activities
• Contribute to constructability reviews using trade knowledge
• Communicate BIM changes and impacts to scheduling team
• Track VDC change orders and inform management on progress
