Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Senior BIM/VDC Lead to oversee BIM operations and guide the VDC team across projects of varying scope. You will ensure alignment with project schedules and Turner Digital Build standards while advising stakeholders on best practices and data integrity.

The role requires strong communication, advanced BIM tool proficiency, and the ability to manage resources and budgets on complex construction programs in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field with minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Proficient with BIM tools including Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD and ACC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM field operations and engineering processes across multiple projects.
• Lead and mentor the VDC team, advising on best practices and project launches.
• Coordinate BIM tool plans with project constraints and allocate resources.
• Ensure alignment with Turner Digital Build standards and safety requirements.
