Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in VDC/related field and 4+ years of related experience.

• Familiarity with BIM standards, codes, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC processes and coordinate design models on site with stakeholders.
• Perform BIM coordination meetings, track actions, and support communication with the VDC team.
• Prepare and review BIM coordination processes, submittals, and RFI workflows.
• Develop constructability solutions and communicate with project teams.
