Qualifikationen

• BS in VDC, A/E/C related field, or equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows.

• Lead VDC processes and coordinate design models on site with stakeholders.
• Run BIM coordination meetings, track actions, manage submittals and RFIs.
• Develop BIM execution plans and model-based takeoffs.
• Support quality control and change management through reports.
