Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Philadelphia, PA seeks a seasoned VDC professional to lead BIM coordination on complex projects, driving coordination meetings, model reviews, and initialization of BIM execution plans on site.

You will collaborate with design partners, trades, and clients, employing Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools to ensure constructability and timely delivery, while advancing continuous improvement across the VDC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in VDC or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Preferred CM-BIM designation.
• Ability to read, understand contracts, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, codes, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform VDC tasks including BIM coordination and RFIs.
• Develop BIM execution plans and coordinate with VDC team.
• Support on-site collaboration and constructability issue resolution.
• Produce variance reports and model-based takeoffs.
