Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced VDC professional for a hands-on role at our New York location. You will lead virtual design and construction processes, review models with stakeholders, and coordinate BIM workflows on project sites in collaboration with Preconstruction and Reality Capture teams.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field with 4+ years of experience; knowledge of BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and scripting basics (Dynamo, Python) is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field with 4+ years of experience or equivalent education.
• CM-BIM continuing education credits preferred.
• Ability to read contract docs, drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Knowledge of industry standards and BIM/VDC software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC processes and review design models on site with stakeholders.
• Coordinate BIM workflows, submittals, and RFIs with the VDC team.
• Develop BIM execution plans and conduct coordination meetings.
• Prepare quantity variance reports for estimating and change management.
• Support constructability solutions and on-site collaboration with trades.
