Job summary
Skanska is seeking a Senior VDC Manager for Advanced Technology projects, focusing on mission critical facilities, data centers, semiconductors and other high-tech sites. You will translate portfolio standards into project execution and coordinate VDC work across offices, partners and the National VDC organization.
You will lead federated model coordination, QA/QC, and governance while supporting client-driven exceptions and delivery outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of VDC/BIM experience in construction.
- Experience with BIM execution planning and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks and related platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in CM/architecture/engineering or related field.
- Experience managing priorities, budgets or resources across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead VDC planning and delivery across multiple Advanced Technology projects.
- Develop project VDC plans aligned with standards and milestones.
- Author and enforce BIM Execution Plans and data exchange protocols.
- Coordinate shared VDC resources and forecast workload across projects.
- Mentor VDC Engineers on workflows and tool usage.
- Track delivery performance and report to leadership.
