Job summary

Verdex Construction is seeking a Digital Construction Coordinator to lead BIM coordination and reality capture across projects in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage OpenSpace, Navisworks, Procore, and BIM 360 to align design intent with field execution and to support proactive decision-making.

The role emphasizes collaboration with preconstruction, field teams, and management to develop 3D/4D logistics, create visualizations, and improve QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in construction management, VDC, BIM coordination.
• CM-BIM certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Hands-on experience with reality capture platforms such as OpenSpace.
• Strong coordination and ability to translate complex models into practical field solutions.
• Experience with logistics modeling and 4D scheduling preferred.
• Familiar with Procore and BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across trades per BIM execution plan.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Manage coordination models across platforms (OpenSpace, Navisworks, Procore).
• Document issues and develop RFIs in Procore.
• Manage reality capture workflows and overlay captures.
• Create 3D/4D logistics models with field teams.
• Bridge field and design teams with actionable insights.
• Standardize workflows across projects.
• Support QA/QC and owner reporting.
