Job summary

Verdex Construction seeks a Digital Construction Coordinator to drive BIM coordination and reality capture workflows on our projects. You will lead coordination across trades, manage multiple BIM platforms, and overlay field data with design models to improve constructability and planning.

You will facilitate issue resolution, document RFIs, and support QA/QC and owner reporting using 4D logistics modeling and site capture data.

• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across trades and consultants following the BIM execution plan.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Manage coordination models across platforms (OpenSpace, BIM 360, Navisworks, Procore).
• Document coordination issues, create RFIs, and support issue resolution.
• Support QA/QC, progress tracking, and owner reporting using capture data.
