Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a proactive BIM Specialist to lead BIM/VDC coordination across multidisciplinary construction projects. You will develop and maintain accurate 3D models, implement BIM standards, support clash detection, and enable teams to leverage BIM data for better design, scheduling, and construction outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in BIM/VDC, proficiency with Revit and Navisworks, and a strong understanding of 4D/5D workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
3+ years in BIM/VDC on building/infrastructure projects.
Proficiency with BIM authoring/coordination tools (Revit, Navisworks, Solibri).
Strong understanding of VDC, 4D/5D workflows, sequencing.
Experience with clash detection, model federations, LOD management, and model deliverables.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain federated BIM models and data.
Lead coordination sessions and perform clash detection to document issues.
Enforce BIM standards, templates, and best practices across projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors to translate design intent into models.
Support VDC workflows including 4D/5D and model-based sequencing.
Produce model deliverables for handover, FM, procurement.
Provide guidance and training on BIM tools and data exchange.
