Job summary

A3 Staffing seeks a creative, tech-driven Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Coordinator for a leading commercial construction firm in Dayton. You will connect design and construction teams using BIM, reality capture, and digital coordination tools to improve accuracy and project delivery.

Responsibilities include creating 2D/3D models, coordination drawings, renderings, and leading BIM initiatives. You will mentor teams and help advance VR/AR capabilities and drone-based reality capture

Qualifications

Experience coordinating BIM workflows across design and construction teams.
Proficiency with 3D modeling and construction drawings for complex projects.
Knowledge of reality capture, drone data, and VR/AR applications in construction.

Responsibilities

Support architectural and engineering activities, including modeling and coordination.
Develop detailed 2D/3D models and construction documents for complex coordination.
Produce visuals—renderings, animations, graphics—for client communication.
Lead or support BIM initiatives and improve collaboration workflows.
Advance capabilities in AR/VR and reality capture technologies.
Mentor teams in VDC tools and digital construction best practices.
Analyze reality capture data and integrate findings into projects.
Evaluate and implement new digital construction technologies and practices.
