Job summary

Skender is seeking a VDC Manager to drive Virtual Design and Construction across multiple projects. You will coordinate BIM execution plans, ensure model quality, and collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver smart, efficient construction outcomes.

You will lead model coordination, support field workflows with drones and reality capture, and advance Skender’s VDC standards and initiatives. A 4-year degree and 5+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience preferred.
• Experience liaising with clients and internal stakeholders is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific BIM and VDC processes across multiple projects.
• Create and maintain detailed project models using Revit and other modeling tools.
• Lead model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews with project teams and trade partners.
• Support reality capture and field workflows (drones, 360 cameras, point cloud scans).
• Collaborate with the Senior VDC Manager to refine VDC standards, templates, and best practices.
• Align VDC workflows with field technology and project management tools.
• Provide training and support on VDC processes and tools to project teams.
