Skender Construction Company is seeking a VDC Manager to support their Virtual Design and Construction processes across multiple projects in Chicago. The role requires collaboration with project teams and trade partners to ensure effective implementation of BIM execution plans.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools is essential. The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement matching.
Salary Range: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually. Employees in this role are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual performance and company financial results.
The VDC Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes across multiple projects. The role collaborates with the Senior VDC Manager, project teams, and trade partners to ensure BIM execution plans are implemented effectively and that models support field coordination, scheduling, and quality construction.
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
