Job summary

ONE 2 ONE Computer Services Inc is seeking a vCIO to own the strategic direction and success of assigned client accounts. The role bridges business and technology, aligning IT initiatives with business impact.

You will conduct QBRs, develop IT roadmaps, manage budgets, and mitigate risks, while collaborating with account managers and engineers to deliver on strategy. Competitive compensation plus benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT consulting, account management or technical leadership.
• Previous MSP or recurring revenue experience.
• Proven success in IT planning and budgeting.
• Proficiency with ConnectWise, SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, Netgear, Microsoft suite.
• Excellent communicator and presenter with executives and technicians.
• Experience in sales support and consultative selling.
• Strong adaptability, prioritization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop long-term IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with client goals.
• Conduct QBRs and ongoing VCIO sessions.
• Build and manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and technology forecasts.
• Identify and mitigate security, compliance, and operational risks.
• Partner with account managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver on strategy.
• Deliver impactful sales presentations and consultative recommendations.
