Job summary

ONE 2 ONE is seeking a vCIO to own the strategic direction and bridge business and technology for our client accounts in Pennsylvania. You will develop long-term IT strategies and ensure initiatives drive meaningful business impact.

You will conduct QBRs, manage budgets and roadmaps, and partner with engineers and account managers to deliver on strategy while presenting consultative recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or MSP environments.
• Experience in IT planning and budgeting.
• Proficiency with ConnectWise and common MSP tools.

Your Mission

As a vCIO at ONE 2 ONE, you'll own the strategic direction, alignment, and success of assigned client accounts. You'll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring every IT initiative drives meaningful business impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop long-term IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing VCIO sessions
• Build and manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and technology forecasts
• Identify and mitigate security, compliance, and operational risks
• Partner with account managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver on strategy
• Deliver impactful sales presentations and consultative recommendations

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management or technical leadership
• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or recurring revenue environment
• Proven success in IT planning and budgeting
• Proficiency with ConnectWise, SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, Netgear, Microsoft suite
• Excellent communicator and presenter — equally comfortable with executives and technicians
• Experienced in sales support and consultative selling
• Excellent adaptability, prioritization and follow thru in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
